10 second: WOAH. you gotta slow this bad boy DOWN. the only thing i got from it was that there was a baseball, some dust, and then a kid wearing an impression shirt. you described a good concept in class, but in comes across to me as confusing.
30 second:you have a loader bar! sweet! how did you think of this intro? i like it ALOT, especially its interactivity and how the background and feel ties in with your website. the idea doesn't really come across that the shirts are actually impression brand, but the idea of each outfit making a different impression is there. niiiice.

10 second: I think you should slow it down and maybe make a smoother transition of the player running and sliding.
30 second: I really like this animation. The interactive aspect is really clever. maybe tie in some shirts embroidered or screen-printed by the company?

For the 10 second one, I liked how fast the story moved along and your animation of the baseball game is fantastic. I would just tie in more what "Impression" really is. Just a few lines of text describing the company at the end would do it.
Your 30 second one is a great idea with the interactive part and I guess my criticism is similar to the first one: let us know more about what the company does.

first off: great job, amazing animation
10- i dont get why hes in a white shirt till the end and it just turns colors.unless, its the shirt making him a person, i think thats what i get out of it on a second watching.
30- i like how simple this is, we kept talking of something grander and after seeing this i think it was a great choice.

10: it starts off really fast and then goes really slow. The part where it zooms out to see the player and then back in to his shirt takes way too long for me to keep interest.
30: SWEET interactive feature! i love everything about this video, except for how long it takes to transition.

10 sec: The animation is cool but it doesn't really tell me anything about the company. If I didn't know what your company was already, I'd think you were advertising some kind of baseball team.
30 sec: This is really cool and I really like the interactive element. Maybe just bring more attention to the individual style aspect of the company.

10: I like the concept, but the animation is a bit confusing, kind of twitchy. Try making it smoother, and slowing it down. It would read better.
30: What a great concept. I like the interactiveness and all the different animations. Question: grammatically speaking, would it be "AN impression" or "A impression"? I've now repeated both in my head so much that neither sound right. That's my only criticism-a grammar question.

I think what would help out your 10 sec ad was at the end having a real picture of a real youngster who was on a sports team... that way all of the silhouettes would be connected more to a real life character...
The thirty second idea is pretty inventive.. however it wuld be kewl to do something more off of the wall by maybe having the people at the end have some really out-there clothing... it would make it more fun to switch up the clthing of hte people.... also maybe the could switch shoes and hats as well or something along those lines...
i like the whole idea around making an impression... very crafty!!!! :)

10 sec: Video looks good to me, i do think you should make it a bit more clear that you are advertising a shirt company.
30 sec: Cool! Good idea, reads well, and the interactive thing is so much fun! Trying to come up with something to complain about and failing...

there's a part in the 10 sec where dust rises and a base appears and more dust rises and it is there that things seem to drag and are unnecessary. also the zooming out does take a bit long. It could also use some sort of noun after impression like clothing or gear or meeting your apparel needs or something to let people know what this company does.
The 30 sec is amazing meg, you put a lot of work into it and you did a great job girl. sometimes it comes off as a job-finding or occupational search engine rather than an outfitting co. and again could use a small explanation, nothing too lengthy, just apparel or something. Way to go on the interactive quality.

10 sec: i agree with jo about the extra clous of dust, it becomes very confusing
but i love how safe! appears, it makes it more exciting... have you thought about adding a phrase of some sort at the end.. to explain more of less why the jersey is so important?
30sec: why does it move to just the right side of the box for the second half? i like how you can have it be an interactive. i am not sure how i feel about the background of the 30sc. I wish it was more fluid with the illustration
